1. The service
AIONN Astrology computes an integrated psychological model from the birth data you provide and, on paid plans, generates written analysis from that model. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Entertainment and reflection only
AIONN Astrology is provided for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not predict events. Do not rely on it for decisions that require a qualified professional.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old. Provide accurate birth data — the output is only as good as the input.
4. Plans, billing and trials
The free tier includes the deterministic daily engine, your full natal equation and saved readings. Paid plans add AIONN's AI reasoning layer.
The Day Pass is prepaid for 24 hours and does not auto-renew. Monthly and annual Premium plans auto-renew until you cancel. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid period at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play under Google's terms; manage, cancel and request refunds through your Google Play account.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds for store purchases follow the store's refund policy. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
6. Fair use of AI
AI capacity is metered. Daily, monthly and burst ceilings apply to every paid plan and may be adjusted to keep the service sustainable. AIONN never offers unlimited AI. We may throttle or suspend accounts that attempt to bypass these limits, share credentials, scrape the service, or automate requests.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use AIONN to harass or profile other people without their knowledge, to attempt to extract another user's data, to reverse engineer or resell the service, or for anything unlawful.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the birth data and readings associated with your account. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them to run the service. Share links you create are public to anyone holding the link until they expire or you revoke them.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we make a material adverse change to a paid plan, you may cancel and keep access for the remainder of your paid period.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
