How to delete your account
Sign in, open Account, scroll to “Delete account”, type DELETE and confirm. The request runs immediately — there is no waiting period and no way to restore the data afterwards.
If you cannot sign in, email support@ryzaglobal.io from the address on the account. We may ask you to confirm ownership before acting.
What is deleted
Your sign-in identity, profile and display name, all saved birth details, all saved readings, all generated daily insights, every share link you created (revoked first, then removed), your AI request history including any stored answers, and your entitlement and access records.
What is retained, and for how long
Payment and refund records required by tax, accounting and app-store rules are kept in de-identified form (no name, email or birth data) for as long as the law requires. Purchases and refunds made through Google Play are also held by Google under its own policies.
Ordinary backups may hold copies for a short rolling window before they expire. Deleted data is not restored into the live service from those backups.
Export first
Deletion removes everything. If you want a copy, use “Export my data” on the Account page before deleting.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions to stop future charges.
